Job Description

Our Client is seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor to lead and manage projects in the Catskills and Hudson Valley area. Come join a top organization with great earning potential and employee ownership.

Licensed Land Surveyor Responsibilities:

Manage own projects and clients
Manage and mentor the team that you lead in projects
Ability to handle projects independently after ramp-up, including writing proposals, manage projects, clients, and contractors
Client relations is of utmost importance
Work closely with owners on multiple projects

Licensed Land Surveyor Requirements

4+ years of Professional Land Survey experience required
3+ years of project management experience
Experience with calculations determinations, reviews, and getting projects over the finish line
Experience with AutoCAD 2004 and Civil 3D, additional other related technologies
Land Surveyor License
