MedPro Disposal is a leading provider of healthcare compliance solutions tailored to meet the needs of medical waste generators nationwide. We specialize in ensuring our clients adhere to stringent regulatory standards while streamlining their waste management processes, ultimately promoting a safer and more sustainable healthcare environment. We are currently hiring a Recruiter to assist with the high volume of Sales Representative recruiting we are conducting due to MedPro Disposal’s incredible growth. Benefits of Working at MedPro:

What You Will Do:

• Source, engage, and hire mission-driven, quality candidates in-line with hiring goals
• Find and engage qualified candidates from entry-level to executive
• Conduct phone screens and facilitate on-site interviews for hiring managers
• Develop a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and maintain candidate database
• Perform administrative and office support functions such as composing and preparing confidential correspondence
• Support the CEO and President in all aspects of the daily operations of the business
• Full calendar management: organize all aspects of meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure availability for events/meetings
• Arrange travel reservations for executives, including flights and hotel
• Perform general office duties including keeping the office organized and ordering supplies
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience sourcing using LinkedIn and Indeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite of products
• Ability to learn new software programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• A positive attitude even in intense situations with tight deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills, thinking ahead on tasks to anticipate future needs and/or potential challenges that may arise
• Ability to problem solve, adapt, prioritize, and collaborate effectively
