Position Overview: As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in educating potential customers about the benefits of our Mailback Solutions program. We'll provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop your sales skills and achieve your career goals. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with limited sales experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. No sales experience? No problem! We provide a comprehensive training program to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound phone calls, emails, and online outreach.
  • Consultative Sales: Understand customer needs and explain how our Mailback Solutions program provides a safe, compliant, and cost-effective waste disposal alternative.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the purchasing process, address objections, and close sales.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • CRM Data Entry: Accurately record all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • No prior sales experience necessary! We welcome entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
