Emerging Technologies, Manufacturing Science and Technology, Janssen Supply Group, part of the Janssen Supply Chain, is currently looking for a Co-Op to be based in Spring House, PA.

The Co-Op student will have a unique opportunity to contribute to Emerging Technologies initiatives in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. They will be involved in the portfolio management role supporting implementation of innovative solutions, including new manufacturing methods in upstream and downstream processing, to support next-generation manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for portfolio monitoring and analytics;

Assist with reporting, presentations, and data requirements;

Support analysis including the total portfolio and forecasting capital pacing needs;

Support identification od risks to portfolio and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and optimizing processes and workflows;

Support the yearend valuation process including reviewing, analyzing and reporting;

Qualifications

Education:

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience in these fields will also be considered.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• Strong coursework background in excel, powerpoint and database or a related field.
• Experience with programming languages such as R, Matlab, Python, etc., to effectively analyze and interpret data.
• Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

Preferred:

• Knowledge or experience in tableau or another dashboard reporting tool.
