Job Description:

• Title: Customer Support Specialist
• Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday
• Pay: Starting at $20 - $24 an hour

Overview:

The Customer Support Specialist works within the Customer Success Department where they help support both department initiatives and a small team of customer support agents. They are responsible for supporting customer needs quickly and efficiently with focus on providing exceptional customer value while helping them along their journey back to better health.
