Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Project Manager to oversee new product development and marketing initiatives for beauty devices. This role will ensure innovation, consistency, and collaboration across all touchpoints while managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee product development and marketing projects from strategy to launch.
Manage new product development (NPD) activities and project timelines.
Align teams with strategic goals, deliverables, and budgets.
Coordinate multiple departments to ensure timely project execution.
Establish and communicate project milestones to all stakeholders.
Drive decision-making processes and resolve challenges effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years of project management experience in skincare, beauty, or medical technology.
Proven expertise in managing 360 product development and marketing campaigns.
Strong risk management, change control, and budgeting skills.
Experience working in structured project delivery environments.
