We're looking for a Chief Technology Officer to lead the design and development of innovative technology systems and tools that align with our mission. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our executive team to enhance our technology landscape and support our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance on technology architecture, focusing on scalability and future growth.
Lead the design and development of new technology systems, tools, and integrations to enhance organizational capabilities.
Implement technological solutions, applications, and automations to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Drive Research & Development to explore new technologies and their potential benefits.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors and industry leaders.
Assess and ensure compatibility and interoperability of new technologies with existing systems.
Align technology strategies with organizational priorities and goals.
Oversee the hiring, development, and management of technology staff.
Provide hands-on support for ongoing technology projects and initiatives.
Manage consultant and vendor relationships, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Over 10 years of experience in technology architecture, design, and development, including leading technology teams.
Expert knowledge of computer systems, networking, databases, and software algorithms.
Experience in managing technology procurements, including reviewing statements of work and RFPs.
Proficiency in programming languages and coding.
Strong skills in strategic planning, direction, and achieving measurable outcomes.
Experience in fast-paced and complex environments, both onsite and remotely.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, initiative, and decision-making skills.
Strong research, analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
Ability to maintain discretion and estimate technical solutions.
Willingness to work long and irregular hours as needed.
