The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is a Norway-based NGO dedicated to empowering individuals through education. Our Together for Ukraine initiative provides language learning, mentorship, and employment support to displaced Ukrainians.
We are looking for a Volunteer Engagement Manager to help us strengthen relationships with our teachers, mentors, and beneficiaries. If you are passionate about education, community engagement, and making a meaningful impact, we’d love to have you on board!
Requirements
✅ Passionate about education, community engagement, and making a difference.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Comfortable conducting video interviews and collecting testimonials.
✅ Detail-oriented with the ability to track engagement and feedback.
✅ Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
