Job Description

As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you will join our Data Enrichment team dedicated to supporting tasks for our healthcare clients. You will uphold high standards of work quality and contribute to our quality control processes.

What You Will Do:

Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as required.
Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Verify information from third-party entities using online databases.
Review and complete Enrichment Tasks according to client specifications and training.
Perform data entry, verify vendor resources, validate board certifications, and liaise with state boards for updates.
Ensure tasks are executed promptly and with high quality.
Fulfill additional duties as required by the company.

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in managing a work-from-home setup.
Reliable internet connection and computer proficiency preferred.
