We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Support Agent (Working from Home) to provide essential remote assistance to our team. This role involves managing administrative tasks, handling customer correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
Handle administrative tasks, including responding to emails, phone calls, and online inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone.
Organize and maintain digital records, files, and databases.
Schedule virtual meetings, coordinate appointments, and arrange travel as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct online research and assist with data entry and document processing.
Ensure virtual office supplies and digital tools are maintained for seamless workflow.
Collaborate with remote team members to enhance efficiency across departments.
Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience as a virtual assistant, administrative support, or in a similar remote role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
