( A cquiring,  I mproving, and  M anaging) RV properties, focuses on acquiring family-owned lakefront RV parks, preserving their unique charm, and providing the financial support needed for rapid improvements. We manage our parks with an all-inclusive, 12-month payment plan for seasonal stays covering site rent, year-round storage, and access to all amenities. Our goal is to revolutionize the guest experience with enhanced amenities, advanced technology, and better communication. Through strategic marketing, we aim to attract new guests, retain current ones, and keep our parks fully occupied.

We are looking for a Transaction Coordinator for managing the disposition process of our real estate properties while coordinating and facilitating smooth transactions.

  Job Duties:

• Serve as the main point of contact for all parties involved in real estate transactions.
• Manage transaction timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other transaction documents.
• Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys.
• Facilitate the resolution of any issues or conflicts that arise during the transaction process.
• Develop and implement strategies and processes to maximize returns on real estate

investments.

• Negotiate with potential investors and buyers to secure the best deal and maximize profits.
• Maintain regular communication and updates with clients, investors, and team members.
• Monitor and assess the market trends and competitive environment to ensure the best pricing and terms.

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, and real estate agents.
• Analyze market trends and property data to determine optimal pricing strategies.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections.
• Negotiate sales contracts and manage the closing process. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or relevant experience required.
• Previous experience as a transaction coordinator or similar role in real estate.
• Familiarity with real estate transaction software and tools ( Dotloop, ZipForm, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
