Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus.
Experience: 2-5 years in tax consulting or a related field.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for interpreting complex tax issues.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
Attention to Detail: High level of precision in preparing and reviewing tax documents.
Client Focus: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering outstanding service.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
