We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supplemental Claim Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and managing supplemental insurance claims, ensuring that all claims are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and an understanding of insurance terminology.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process supplemental claims in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify claim information for accuracy and agency compliance.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to claims.
• Communicate with internal departments and third-party vendors to gather necessary information or documentation.
• Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain detailed records of claims, updates, and status in the system.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies while processing claims.
• Complete a detailed loss analysis on loans, itemizing loan transactions and summarizing loan losses.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)
