We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer.
We need someone who’s got the skills and experience to run ads on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube, and can help us profitably scale our media buying efforts.
You’ll be diving into everything from researching competitor ads to developing creative briefs and scaling ad campaigns.
In this role, you will:
📈 Run ads on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube
📝 Research competitor ads
🎨 Develop creative briefs and ad creatives
🎥 Create video scripts
🚀 Test and scale ad campaigns
📊 Conduct analytical research to optimise ad performance
This is a full-time role, and while we’re based in the U.S., you don’t need to work in EST hours — flexibility is key!
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ 3-4 years of experience running ads on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube
✅ Ability to create your own ad creatives
✅ Strong experience in testing and scaling ad campaigns
✅ Solid understanding of setting up pixels and postbacks for campaign tracking
Brownie points:
⭐ Knowledge of basic web development (e.g., placing pixels)
⭐ Experience with website optimization strategies
We’re looking for someone who’s a problem solver, has a “can do” attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be a strong communicator, super responsive, and ready to take on challenges with a creative mindset.
