Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Director – Solar Energy will be responsible for leading and scaling our sales team, driving strategic initiatives, and achieving ambitious revenue goals. This role demands a seasoned sales leader with expertise in solar or renewable energy, a passion for sustainability, and the ability to inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to capture new markets, grow market share, and exceed revenue targets.
• Team Development: Manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.
• Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and actionable insights to executive leadership.
• Industry Representation: Represent the company at conferences, and networking events to elevate the Sunbright Solar brand.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (1+ years) in senior sales leadership, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of solar energy solutions, including residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Commitment to renewable energy and sustainability principles.
