Overview: We are seeking a Social Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate is not only proficient in managing various social media platforms but also possesses a deep understanding (and love!) of social ads and excels in content creation and writing. They will be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing social media accounts, and optimizing ad campaigns to drive brand awareness and achieve marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage day-to-day activities across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create and curate high-quality content, including text posts, images, and videos , tailored to each platform and audience.
• Social Media (multiple platforms) Ads Expertise:
• Proficiently navigates advertising platforms to create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns.
• Stay updated on advertising policies, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness.
• Utilize targeting options and audience insights to reach the most relevant audience segments.
• Content Creation and Writing:
• Write compelling copy for newsletters, social media posts, ads, and other promotional materials that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all content and produce visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor social media channels and ad performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate reports summarizing campaign performance, audience demographics, and other relevant insights.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and achieve goals.
• Community Engagement and Customer Service:
• Foster meaningful interactions with followers, fans, and customers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively engage with relevant communities and participate in conversations to build brand loyalty and trust.

Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and ad creative.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Expertise in ad platforms with a track record of managing successful ad campaigns.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy for various purposes and platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools is preferred (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A QUICK POSITION NOTE

Amp Strategy offers a flexible plan for working hours and/or working locations. This position will most likely be a full-time salaried employee about 40 hours per week.
