Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in large-scale (MIRP) project management in a state government setting.
• PMP Certification is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience working on Texas government projects (preferred but not required).

Specific skill set required

• End-to-end IT Project Management experience, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• State Government Project Management experience (MIRP projects preferred).
• Stakeholder Management & Communication with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Agile or Hybrid Project Methodologies expertise.
• Risk and Compliance Management for IT initiatives.
