Job Description:- As a member of the IT Portfolio Management Office (PMO) area, candidate will be part of a team responsible for delivering missioncritical projects and technologies in support of client’s business objectives.
- Candidate will have the opportunity to work across varying levels of stakeholders within the infrastructure and application development disciplines on projects of varying scope and scale.

- As a Senior Project Manager for the PMO, candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior IT leaders while leading complex IT projects that support and advance the way client does business.
- The scope of candidate’s role includes planning, guiding, coordinating, and monitoring activities of one or more project teams involved in the discovery, design, build and rollout of IT initiatives.
- Candidate will collaborate with project sponsors to define the project scope and objectives, identify required skills and resources for the project team, develop detailed work plans, and provide project status updates.
- Candidate will be responsible for anticipating and identifying project issues, risks and dependencies, recommending solutions, and working with senior management to implement solutions.

Required:- Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by client’s company for this position now or in the future
- 5 plus years IT related project management experience
- Experience leading teams using Agile, Waterfall and Iterative methodologies and tools
- Must show ability to deliver on high profile programs/projects
- Proficient knowledge of program and project management concepts, from planning and inception through implementation and support
- Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple endto-end projects
- Intimate knowledge of full life cycle development
- Proficient knowledge of analysis techniques, tool usage and standards
- Capable of overseeing large enterprise efforts and complex strategic projects with responsibility for planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling project activities
- Able to perform in the face of ambiguity
- Proven leadership, results orientation, and selfmotivation traits
- Must possess strong meeting facilitation and relationship building skills
- Proven success for project delivery on time and within budget
- Capable of applying a resource management model to manage the resources and projects in the portfolio
- Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
Preferred:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Program/Project Management experience outside of EHI is strongly preferred
- PMP certification
Note:Pay Range: $60-70 per hour
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
