Senior C++ Software Engineer Description

We are looking for a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join our remote team.

You will be working on the platform side for enterprise networking appliances, with a focus on networking security products such as SSL-VPN, NAC, WAF, or Firewall products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of our software and system engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and improvement of software and system engineering projects
• Collaborate with the team to implement security hardening roadmap for networking appliances
• Support in-place upgrade for VM and Ivanti Secure Access (ISA) Hardware
• Ensure non-root privilege for ICS services and protect/secure factory reset partition
• Contribute to key management and secure with TPM Chip

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in C++ software and system engineering
• Knowledge of network programming (DHCP, TCP/IP, AAA, RADIUS, LDAP, SNMP, 802.1X, IPSec)
• Linux user space expertise
• Enterprise Linux Experience
• B2+ English level proficiency

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux kernel/Linux OS internals 
• Familiarity with Linux bootloaders
• Linux Bootloader experience
• Knowledge of Perl and Python
• Proficiency with C programming
