Security Supervisor  - (Shelter Part-time)

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM                                               

Location: Boston, MA
Pay Range: $23.50 to $25  (Depending on experience)

"No parking on site, but it's close to public transportation"

Job Description:

As a  Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading, training and ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. 

• Oversee and manage security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control.
• Conduct routine security patrols and enforce site protocols.
• Supervise security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage shift schedules and monitor officer attendance.
• Follow and enforce site-specific post orders and assigned duties

Requirements :

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in a security leadership role
• Independent and team player skills 
• Observant and detail oriented 
• Must possess strong leadership and work ethics.
• The successful candidate must also possess a stable work history, excellent communication skills, full computer literacy
