Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist with a master's degree or higher to join our team in a remote role. In this position, you will provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students in Wisconsin, helping them build the skills needed for academic success and everyday life.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote occupational therapy services, including evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring.
Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy objectives into students' educational and daily routines.
Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively to conduct sessions and engage with students.
Assess and track students' progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
Maintain detailed, confidential records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes.
Offer guidance to teachers and parents on strategies to support students' functional abilities and participation.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and advancements in occupational therapy.
Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy (OT).
Valid Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin.
Preferred: At least 2 years of experience providing occupational therapy services in K-12 educational settings.
Strong understanding of K-12 educational processes and therapy best practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 42,000.00 50,000.00 Per Year
