Are you a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist passionate about making a positive impact in students' lives? We're looking for a motivated Virtual Occupational Therapist to join our team, delivering high-quality therapy services to K-12 students across Indiana. This fully remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful difference in the developmental and educational journey of students with diverse needs.

Role Overview
In this role, you'll assess, plan, and provide teletherapy services to students to help them achieve their developmental goals. Working alongside educators, parents, and other professionals, you'll support students' motor, sensory, and developmental growth in a virtual learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual occupational therapy services to students through a secure teletherapy platform.
Assess and evaluate student needs, creating individualized treatment plans to address motor, sensory, and developmental challenges.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational professionals to ensure each student's progress and support development.
Monitor and document progress, adapting interventions as needed to maximize student success.
Offer guidance and resources to parents and educators to reinforce therapy goals in the virtual setting.
Maintain compliance with Indiana state and federal regulations governing occupational therapy in schools.

Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Licensure: Active Indiana Occupational Therapy license.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist (prior virtual experience is a plus).
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with teletherapy technology and tools to effectively engage students online.

Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering teletherapy services or providing remote occupational therapy.
Knowledge of effective virtual therapy techniques for engaging children in a digital environment.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented online setting.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 30.00 35.00 Per Hour
