Join our virtual team as a dedicated and experienced Remote Occupational Therapist! This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while providing exceptional occupational therapy services to K-12 students across Indiana.

About the Role: As a Virtual Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and delivering teletherapy services tailored to the unique needs of each student. Your expertise will help them achieve their developmental and educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide engaging occupational therapy services to students through a secure teletherapy platform.
Assess individual student needs and create personalized treatment plans to address motor, sensory, and developmental challenges.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational professionals to support each student's progress and development.
Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapeutic interventions.
Offer guidance and resources to parents and educators, fostering a supportive virtual learning environment.
Ensure compliance with Indiana state and federal regulations regarding occupational therapy services in schools.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Certification: Valid Indiana Occupational Therapy license.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist, with a preference for candidates with virtual experience.
Proficiency in teletherapy technology to effectively engage students in a remote setting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience providing teletherapy services or remote occupational therapy.
Familiarity with virtual therapy tools and techniques for working with children in a digital environment.
A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented online setting.
