Job Description

Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group is seeking SAP on-site functional and technical support for various SAP modules and business processes including: Finance/Controlling (FI/CO), Funds Management (FM), Asset Management (AM), Project Systems (PS), Sales & Distribution (SD), Workforce Management (HCM/WFM), Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IM/WM), Acquire to Dispose (A2D), Budget to Authorize (B2A), Check In to Check Out (C2C), Plan to Perform (P2Pf), Plan to Pay (P2Py), Post to Report (P2R), and more. 

Responsibilities may include:

• Facilitate development of end-to-end business processes in coordination with the BSOs throughout all project phases of the migration to include Requirements Development and As-Is/To-Be Business Processes.  

• Facilitate data management of legacy data to Navy ERP in coordination with the BSOs throughout all project phases of the migration to include Data Health Assessment, Data Cell/Migration, Data Mapping, and Post-Migration Data Validation.  

• Reconciling data with Trial Balances, financial statements, and summary level departmental reporting, validation of line items loaded to general ledger accounts and budget line items.  

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required.

• DOD/Navy SAP experience highly desired.
• Strong SAP module experience is required.

• Ability to be on-site 3-4 days a week in San Diego, CA. If not local, willing to travel on a regular basis is required.

Military Installation Access : This position resides on a military installation in San Diego, CA. 

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required. 

• Must be able to qualify for and obtain a base access pass in a timely manner. 

• Must be able to obtain a favorable National Security Agency Check (NACI) including an FBI fingerprint check. 

• U.S. Citizenship required.
