The Instructional Designer is responsible for developing innovative instructional programs and materials that align with organizational goals and learner needs. This role requires a blend of instructional design expertise, creativity, and strong communication skills to create engaging and effective learning experiences. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of training content. Local candidates preferred.
