- - - - Someone who can sit with the users, watch their workflow, listen to their problems, come up with ideas
      - Must have healthcare experience
      - Document issues
      - Get their hands into the product
        
        Salesforce background or CRM background works-- will need to learn this
      - This person has to have a knack for QA
        
        Do test each thing that goes out, but don't have test scripts/regression testing. They want to implement this in their org
      - Agile experience
      - Soft skills:
        
        Attention to detail is important here
        
        Want someone who is collaborative and can bring the team together
