RPA Developer
Position Description
CGI Great Lakes is looking for an RPA Developer with Automation Anywhere expertise for a banking client.
- This position can be located in our Strongsville OH, Pittsburgh PA, or Dallas TX offices, however a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- This is a client facing role with hands on RPA development and consulting.
- The ideal candidate for this opportunity should have good technical, business communication
and client handling skills.
- Candidate will participate in business and technical meetings, provide estimates and thought
leaderships to clients.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in RPA developer role
- RPA Automation Anywhere A360 development experience is mandatory
- Candidate should have hands on experience in API development and integration using
.net or Java or C# or Python language
- Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality
- Experience with RPA Software (e.g. Blue Prism, UI Path, Work Fusion) is good to have
- Experience with leading a team of onshore/offshore partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's of Computer Science or equivalent degree

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85,800 - $150,200.
