We are looking for an RPA Architect with extensive experience in the finance sector, particularly in insurance, actuarial, and claims. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crossing business domains and a strong mix of technical aptitude, including proficiency in Python. This role involves designing and implementing RPA solutions to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across various domains, including insurance, actuarial, and claims.
• Lead the architecture and design of complex automation projects, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, process flows, and user guides.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to RPA developers
• Integrate UiPath solutions with other systems and applications as needed.
• Utilize Python for scripting and advanced automation tasks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and software development.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Guidance on best methods, solution design, reusable components

• Extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on finance
• Proven experience successfully implementing RPA solutions
• Strong proficiency in UiPath
• Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, experience with scripting, and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in creating software BOTs to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in automation and software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years progressive experience in creating cross domain solutions OR 3+ years and master’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath
• Python
• Experience with other automation tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts.
• API tools such as Postman
• Existing understanding of WRB domains and business
