• Rate of pay offered is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience .

The Restaurant Support Specialist should be comfortable communicating with individuals throughout the company, able to solve problems, improvise as needed, and have the ability to estimate and manage time for a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate is a natural Coordinator who has a strong sense of big-picture objectives and a sharp eye for detail. This position is at our Corporate Office.

Restaurant Support Specialist Responsibilities:

• Maintain pricing and data flow from multiple locations between our Point Of Sale (POS), and accounting software.
• Develop and implement Company-wide quality control measures.
• Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations.
• Maintain communication with Operations Manager, Restaurant Management Teams, Staff Members and Vendors to ensure
• adherence to protocols across key touch points.
• Oversee Inventory Management Practices and improve them when necessary.
• Ensure that Operations are in legal compliance with local and national regulations.
• Training Employees to ensure they adhere to our standard operating procedures.
• A key responsibility is to maintain all menu items/prices, daily featured items, and alcohol items in our restaurant
• database. This includes, but is not limited to all updates, modifications and deletions.

Restaurant Support Specialist required skills and qualifications:

• Proven organizational skills, including time management.
• Project Management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Familiarity with Restaurant Management.
• Two or more years of experience in an Operational or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms.
• Working knowledge of a Point Of Sale (POS) System.
• Understanding of basic Accounting Journal Entry Principles.

“Bob’s Steak House” upon completion of his service in the United States Air Force at Cannon Air Force Base in Clovis, New Mexico. Promptly he renamed the location to “Cattle Baron Steak & Seafood Restaurant” Jeff operated this location for eight years before embarking on a successful expansion program. To date Cattle Baron restaurants can be found in Portales, Hobbs, Roswell, Ruidoso and Las Cruces New Mexico; and in El Paso, Texas. Since Jeff’s passing in 2010, his family continues the operations of the company proudly maintaining Jeff’s legacy and the traditions of Cattle Baron and our two other concepts Farley's Food Fun & Pub and Pasta Cafe Italian Bistro.
