Position Overview: As a Restaurant Server at Bluebird Barbecue, you will contribute to a welcoming and exceptional guest experience. Your role includes greeting and seating guests, sharing detailed product knowledge about our menu, and skillfully addressing questions. Take and deliver orders accurately, promote additional menu items to enhance the dining experience, and ensure guest satisfaction. Manage payments and maintain a clean, organized dining area while coordinating with the kitchen and bar staff for seamless service.
Qualifications: Previous experience serving experience, preferably in a full-service setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest service. Basic math and cash handling skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
