Founded in the late 90s, we are a long standing leader in providing cutting edge products for the critical communications industry using VoIP technology & mission critical solutions to Public Safety, Utilities, Federal, Education, and other agencies.

We are looking for a Remote Sales Engineer with LTE and LMR expertise to join our team. The successful candidate will be a technical sales professional, responsible for providing support for customers, preparing sales presentations, installations, training, & responding to RFPs. The candidate must also possess strong troubleshooting and project management skills and be able to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

This is a remote position servicing clients in the SE US requiring 20% travel.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for:

• Providing technical sales advice and support to customers
• Developing sales presentations, product marketing materials and RFP responses
• Assisting with customer installations and providing technical support and training
• Troubleshooting customer issues with LTE and LMR systems
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Providing project management and technical support for customer projects

Required:

• BS in Engineering
• Expertise in LTE and LMR systems engineering or computer networking technologies (ideally designing, selling, installing, and maintaining customer projects in LMR & Enterprise Networks)
• 3+ years of experience supporting sales and/or customer installations

Preferred:

• Land mobile radio systems integration and testing including RF
• Internet Technology including the components of large, statewide networks
• Network administration
• Microsoft software operating systems, products, and networking
• Two-way radio and other wireless communications systems standards, protocols, and techniques including P25, DMR, EDACS, SmartNet, etc.
• Cellular Systems including LTE and the MCPTT standards
• VoIP standards, protocols, and techniques
