Quality Manager

Position Overview
The Quality Manager will ensure that all food products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in implementing quality assurance processes and leading a team to uphold the integrity of our sauces, dressings, and salsas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems compliant with SQF standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to identify areas for improvement in product quality.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices and procedures.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the food industry.
• In-depth knowledge of SQF certification processes and requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
