Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced  Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance team and ensure our products consistently meet and exceed customer standards. This role will oversee Quality Supervisors, Quality Engineers, Quality Leads, and AQL Specialists across multiple locations, driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will analyze quality metrics, develop and implement quality control procedures, and collaborate cross-functionally to support our Customer First approach.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the quality function across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with company and customer expectations.
  • Develop, mentor, and evaluate the performance of quality team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation to meet quality requirements.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
  • Oversee product inspections and approval processes, establishing clear thresholds for quality standards.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage customer feedback and audit findings, recommending and executing quality enhancements.
  • Develop and enforce raw material and supplier quality requirements.
  • Lead 5S/6S initiatives and internal audits to maintain high operational standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve product quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management, leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to align teams with business objectives.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and improving quality assurance processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, 5S , and other quality management methodologies.
  • Certification in quality control (e.g., ISO 9000, SOC ) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs .
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment .
