You will own end-to-end software quality for a AAA franchise; optimize QA processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency in product development, deployment and sustainment; partner with peers to make quality practices a core part of every discipline; hire and develop great talent; and advance team capabilities in test automation, tooling and innovative QA methodologies.
Amazon is all in on games. We believe games will become the number one form of entertainment on Earth and be defined by their ability to deeply engage communities of fans inside and outside of the playing experience. Games have the power to connect communities at a massive scale. This role will empower game studios to confidently and continually release high-quality products that delight customers worldwide.
The Role
The selected candidate will report into the Amazon Games QA organization, but be embedded within the Orange County, California studio.
