Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer who began their career as a Java Developer and has since transitioned to Python. This unique position leverages your expertise in both languages to help us migrate and optimize our existing spatial data management layers from Java to Python. Your dual experience will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and efficient migration process while enhancing system performance and maintainability.
This position involves rewriting the current spatial data management layers from java to python.
Primary Skill Set: Python - we need someone proficient in python, not just someone with basic knowledge.
Secondary Skill Set: Java - this skill is necessary to reference the current java code for conversion to python
MUST HAVE: Python 3.X, Java, Git, Ide Like Pycharm Or Sphinx.
GOOD TO HAVE: Docker, Iot, Etl Tools,
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Senior Level, 10+ Years Of Experience In Python
