Position Overview

The Public Relations and Communications Assistant will work closely with our Marketing Manager and key accounts to implement innovative, results-driven campaigns. This role involves direct customer interaction and management of promotional activities to amplify client visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute projects assigned by the Marketing Manager with precision and efficiency.

  • Partner with key accounts to ensure alignment of PR campaigns with customer promotions.

  • Oversee in-store service events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships while effectively communicating promotional services.

  • Assist in developing and refining measurement strategies for PR campaigns.

  • Design and create promotional marketing materials and visual merchandising displays.

  • Cultivate relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel to optimize campaign success.

  • Maintain meticulous records of event traffic, production, and inventory.

  • Identify new opportunities and recommend process enhancements for improved efficiency.

  • Progress into senior campaign management roles based on performance and merit.
