Job Description

Position: Project Manager

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Minnesota (Remote)

Desired Qualifications of Vendor

  • The vendor must have completed the implementation of at least one, and preferably all three, of these tools: Drupal, WordPress, and SiteCore
  • Experience with migration from other platforms (example. OCM or other platforms)
  • Experience in designing document libraries, workflows, and collaboration spaces tailored to organizational needs.
  • Experience is assessment website content, features, and functionality and replicating them within a selected tool.

Vendor experience developing systems with any or all the following features :

  • Experience with creating Internet sites and incorporating content and document management.
  • Has configurable features (items/controls that can be modified by an administrative user without the need for additional development)
  • Provides information via an administrative dashboard view of the site's metrics.
  • Uses secure coding practices to increase the security of the customized software.
  • User, password, role management
  • Data and screen access controlled through role-based permissions.
  • Reporting features
  • Archiving and version control of documents and assets

Vendor experience with requirements confirmation/gathering/refinement as part of projects.

Vendor experience with formal IT project management processes as part of projects

Vendor experience working with the following content management systems :

  • Drupal
  • Wordpress
  • SiteCore

Minimum Qualifications:

Desired Skills

  • Five (5) years' experience in Project Management role(s)
  • Three (3) years' experience specifically in Technology / IT Project Management role
  • Two (2) engagements lasting more than eight (8) months in each Project Management role.
  • One (1) engagement lasting at least eight (8) months in a Scrum Master role
  • PMP Certification
  • Knowledge of PMI and SDLC project lifecycles
  • Experience managing external web site projects to include creation, replication, migration, and "lift and shift."
  • Agile or Scrum Certification (such as CSM or CSPO)
  • At least one (1) engagement lasting at least six (6) months in a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role
  • Experience managing data migration initiatives
  • Experience managing other vendor resources assigned
  • Experience managing client-facing projects
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Certified in one or more of these tools: Drupal, WordPress, Sitecore
