We are seeking a master multitasker, a proactive contributor, and a dedicated right-hand person to support our CEO in a fast-paced, and dynamic work environment. This individual must be passionate about fashion, have grit, and be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment that requires organizational skills and adaptability. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to details. You will do whatever it takes to ensure smooth operations. This is not a traditional 9-to-5 role. The candidate must have the flexibility to be available on weekends, off-hours, and on-call as needed to support the executive’s schedule and priorities. 

Reports to the current Executive Assistant.

MUST be located in Los Angeles, CA.

Requirements

Professional Support

  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client/vendor management, and other company logistics.
  • Provide professional communication both written and verbal to stakeholders in a timely, efficient, and professional manner to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments in SpreeAI for high-level operations.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to the CEO, keeping the CEO’s best interest in mind.
  • Manage the CEO’s travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
  • Provide administrative and office support, such as note taking on behalf of the CEO, arranging presentation materials, managing monthly expense reports, budgeting, and providing ad hoc support.
  • Follow directions to ensure smooth operations and punctual executions.

Personal Support

  • Serve as the “hands and feet” for the executive, assisting with errands and tasks.
  • Manage logistics for the executive’s home, such as home management, vendor coordination, sending thank you gifts to vendors, picking up and/or dropping off mail.
  • Keep CEO’s personal spaces organized and clean.
  • Book reservations, conduct thorough research, and ensure the CEO's needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Must be located in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Must have their own source of transportation (this position will require travel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
  • Calm under pressure and high-stress situations.
  • Adapts quickly to the CEO’s workstyle.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficiency in office software such as MS Suite, Slack, and Google Workspace.
