Job Overview:

The Product Solutions Specialist will be responsible for both the success of our existing customers, and the management of our product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both customer success and product management, particularly within a B2B/SaaS environment.

As the Product Solutions Specialist at Forager, your primary responsibilities will be:

  1. Onboarding New Customers:
    • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are effectively integrated and utilizing our products to their fullest potential.
  2. Managing Customer Accounts and Delivering Customized Data:
    • Communicate with customers and obtain support from Engineering team as needed 
    • Provide technical support (i.e. with API customers) as needed
    • Ensure data is reviewed thoroughly and delivered in a timely manner.
  3. Managing the Product Backlog:
    • Work closely with the Engineering team and stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform backlog priorities and improvements.
  4. Planning Sprints:
    • Plan and oversee sprint cycles, ensuring that the development team meets deadlines and delivers high-quality features.
    • Utilize JIRA and Agile methodologies to organize and track sprint progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer success or product role, preferably within a B2B/SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Agile methodologies, and sprint planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Reliable internet connection to support our global customer base.
