Job Description

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing and repair facility
- Manage production process of submersible motors and boiler water circulating pumps
- Ensure product quality and optimize operational efficiency
- Lead a team of technicians and engineers
- Maintain safety standards and meet production goals
- Oversee daily operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Adjust resources to meet production schedules and demands
- Manage a team of 10 15 employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement and manage production planning processes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities for compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to safety, quality control, and operational efficiency
- Analyze production data for trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Have at least 2 years of experience in plant management or production management, preferably in the manufacturing of motors, pumps, or similar mechanical equipment
- Be familiar with production planning methodologies and tools
- Be proficient in using plant management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Have mechanical knowledge to understand equipment functionality and troubleshoot issues
- Demonstrate ability in continuous improvement practices such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Have excellent quality control skills with a focus on delivering high-quality products
- Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
