Job Summary

We seek an experienced  Plant Manager to lead operations at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the Greater Seattle Area. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong leadership skills and technical expertise in manufacturing, particularly those with experience in breweries, wineries, fermented dairy, supplements, or other biological processes. Local candidates are preferred, but we are open to considering candidates with ties to the area or a strong understanding of the region’s cost of living, and relocation assistance may be provided for the right individual. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence and innovation. Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all plant operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and achieve operational goals.
• Oversee the rollout of new systems and processes, including ERP implementation, to enhance data management and tracking.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration across departments, promoting a culture of trust and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing: Demonstrated expertise in leading complex manufacturing operations.
• Fermentation Expertise: Hands-on experience with fermentation processes is strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of production processes and systems, with experience in ERP implementation preferred.
• Leadership Ability: Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex team dynamics effectively.
