Valley Apothecary, an independently owned and operated retail and compounding pharmacy, is seeking energetic and service-driven candidates for a full-time pharmacy technician position. We are located at 201 Washinton Ave North in downtown Ketchum. Candidates should have a high school diploma or graduate equivalent degree (GED). Responsibilities include answering phones, computer data entry, insurance processing, cashiering, inventory management, compounding lab work, and cheerful customer service. Must be detail-oriented, have basic math skills, be a self-motivated learner, with a clean background check and can submit to fingerprint verification. This is an entry-level position in the healthcare field. No previous pharmacy experience is required. We will train the right candidate, including paid training and the opportunity for a pay raise with national certification after 6 months.
