Responsibilities:
• Personalized Scheduling & Organization: Manage Ryan’s calendar, appointments, and to-do lists, ensuring every day is thoughtfully planned.
• Household & Childcare Support: Assist with the Snell children’s transportation, supervision, and occasional overnight stays; keep the home well-organized, help with groceries, coordinate vendors, and ensure pets receive quality care.
• Meal & Routine Coordination: Handle meal prep, ensuring healthy, convenient options are always available, and maintain household routines.
• Seamless Communication & Coordination: Serve as the communication hub, liaising with clients, vendors, employees, and prospects—maintaining clear, prompt, and professional exchanges.
• Event & Travel Management: Plan and oversee travel, accommodations, events, and activities—resolving logistical details so everything unfolds effortlessly.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate needs, address issues before they arise, and constantly seek ways to streamline processes and improve the household’s daily life.
Qualifications:
• Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role—balancing personal and professional duties seamlessly.
• Childcare experience or a willingness to confidently provide reliable care for children.
• Exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities, ensuring respectful and harmonious interactions.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with a genuine desire to help others thrive.
