Ultrasound Sonographer to work in
Indianapolis, IN. Start Date: - 2024-05-27T00:00:00.000Z or two weeks after offer.
Shift: - Days, Monday - Friday, Weekdays, Days, 8:00am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm, No weekends
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of current experience Ultrasound Sonographer unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.

Shift confirmed with candidate in additional information section of cover page - RequiredGraduate of an accredited diagnostic ultrasound technology program.Maintain required certification and registries health requirements and
operational requirements. It is the responsibility of the sonographer to
provide a copy of such registries and/or diploma to the appropriate TridentCare
personnel when requested. A sonographer should carry and be able to always
provide credentials.Sonographer must always maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to
produce the license on demand. It is the responsibility of the technologists to
provide a copy of such licenses and/or certificates to the appropriate
TRIDENTCARE personnel. All associates are subject to periodic driver’s license
checks.
Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing: - Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
