Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Ultrasound Sonographer to work in Indianapolis, IN.

Start Date:
  • 2024-05-27T00:00:00.000Z or two weeks after offer.
Shift:
  • Days, Monday - Friday, Weekdays, Days, 8:00am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm, No weekends

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of current experience Ultrasound Sonographer unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
  • IN license is required

Require general/ vascular registryGeneral and Vascular Required ARDMS credentials are ARDMS RVT and RDMS AB ARDMS ECHOVaccination against COVID-19 is a requirement for all individuals. Alternatively those seeking an exemption must submit proper documentation supporting their request. Shift confirmed with candidate in additional information section of cover page - RequiredGraduate of an accredited diagnostic ultrasound technology program.Maintain required certification and registries health requirements and operational requirements. It is the responsibility of the sonographer to provide a copy of such registries and/or diploma to the appropriate TridentCare personnel when requested. A sonographer should carry and be able to always provide credentials.Sonographer must always maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to produce the license on demand. It is the responsibility of the technologists to provide a copy of such licenses and/or certificates to the appropriate TRIDENTCARE personnel. All associates are subject to periodic driver’s license checks.

Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing:
  • Resume without time gaps and education notated.
  • References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
  • Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
  • Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
  • Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
  • Current Yearly Physical
  • TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
  • BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
  • Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
  • Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
  • Credentialing will require other documentation.
  • Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
