Under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager II within the Division of Operations (OPS), Office of the Chief (OC), Office of Strategic Initiatives (OSI), the Office Technician (Typing) (OT(T)) works independently and provides general office support to OSI. The incumbent performs a variety of complex office work tasks with a high level of independence and initiative when providing administrative assistance. The OT(T) will perform a variety of client support assignments relative to OSI program functions which include program and customer support, maintaining program intake database systems, data collection, visual, written and verbal communication specific to process improvement and/or special project initiatives.
