Job Description

Direct Counsel  is working with a leading global law firm who is currently seeking experienced attorneys with 4-6 years of expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates with strong M&A skills and a track record of success in managing complex M&A transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents for M&A transactions.
• Managing the deal process and client relationships.
• Supervising junior associates in M&A matters.
• Handling day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on a variety of M&A-related matters for clients with sophisticated needs.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong M&A skills with a proven track record of success.
• Ability to manage deal processes and client relationships.
• Experience supervising junior associates.
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Compensation:

The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000. The final offer amount will depend on geographic location, applicable experience, and the candidate's skillset.
