We're looking for motivated, customer-service-oriented individuals to join us as Medical Scribes. This is a non-clinical, remote role where you'll receive comprehensive training and can start even without prior certification.
As a Medical Scribe, you'll observe physician-patient interactions and document clinical information in real-time across various remote sites. We aim to pair you with the right client and team to ensure a successful partnership, and we're committed to setting you up for success every step of the way.

Job Requirements:
Age Requirement: Must be 19 years or older.
Commitment: A minimum of 2-3 shifts per week (approximately 20 hours/week) for at least one year.
Typing Skills: Must be able to type at least 60 words per minute.
Remote Work Setup: A home office or quiet space that is HIPAA-compliant, with a noise-canceling headset with a built-in microphone to ensure clear communication.
Tech Requirements:
Reliable desktop or laptop with Windows 10/11, macOS Catalina or later
8GB RAM minimum, 256GB SSD storage minimum
High-definition webcam for video calls
Minimum broadband speed of 25 Mbps for seamless data transmission
Education: College-level biology, anatomy, and/or medical terminology preferred, but not required.
Experience: Experience in a clinical environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
Personality: We're looking for individuals who are motivated, eager to learn, flexible, and have strong customer service skills.
