About the role

We are searching for an ambitious Marketing Manager to pioneer our YouTube Channel, and our community on Discord, drive social media engagement, and help our the planning and execution of campaigns on live streaming channels, focusing on crypto gambling. These channels are set to lead the way on how players will interact with crypto gambling as a whole. 

The main goal of this position is to help the main company brand website leverage all the marketing channels and position the Brand as a market leader. You are required to innovate, think critically, be proactive manage the interactions, and attract new users to our website. 

Your main responsibilities as a Marketing Manager are to Acquire, Engage, and Retain users, get them to know our value proposition, establish the brand positioning on the website make it known throughout campaigns online, and make new users become part of the global community we are growing.

The responsibilities are:

• Coordinate with Video Editors, Graphic Designers, and Content Managers to position the brand accordingly on all the distribution channels (Kick, X, YouTube, Mail, Discord, etc)
• Work with the other departments to develop and deliver a content strategy that aligns with the company’s short- and long-term goals.
• Oversee a content calendar that includes news, educational, and authority-building content for assigned sites.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics for assigned sites, identify opportunities for improvement, and coordinate with the senior content manager to implement strategies focused on improving site rankings and organic traffic.
• Ensure brand consistency by communicating brand guidelines with managing editors, designers, product managers, and writers.

About you

The ideal candidate is someone passionate about digital marketing. You are also a crypto enthusiast and you have experience in gambling or crypto market.

The Skills required are: 

• Strong organizational and autonomous working skills, coupled with a dynamic and creative approach.
• A deep passion for Marketing, digital media, and content creation.
• Expertise in creating from scratch marketing campaigns (not paid) to grow communities
• Experience with live streaming content, better if in gambling
• Experience in Social Media marketing that includes Twitter & social communities
• Native-level English language proficiency.
• Crypto Experience is surely preferred if any experience in gambling is even better!
