Job Summary:

The Marketing and Branding Manager will lead key initiatives that elevate the company's brand, increase its digital visibility, and support operational growth. This role combines marketing strategy, project and vendor management, branding logistics, and sales support. You'll work closely with the leadership team to develop innovative strategies that strengthen the company's reputation as a trusted leader in the environmental restoration and repair industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Digital Branding:

  • Manage the company's digital presence, including social media platforms, Google My Business, and online reviews, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee branding initiatives, such as uniforms, signage, and vehicle wraps, to ensure a cohesive and professional image.
  • Develop public relations strategies to strengthen brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate and distribute newsletters, manage content calendars, and oversee internal and external communications.

Strategic Sales and Operational Support:

  • Provide sales support, including warm lead calling, appointment setting, and facilitating lead-to-sale transitions.
  • Track key metrics and audit weekly activities, reporting progress to the president.
  • Plan and coordinate trade-shows, including logistics and preparation of marketing materials (flyers, brochures, giveaways).
  • Conduct outreach to potential commercial clients and manage inbound inquiries to drive business growth.

Vendor and Executive Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing vendors to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
  • Provide administrative and strategic support to the executive team, handling operational tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
