Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.
As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Rivian, you will lead and inspire a team of talented recruiters focused on building world-class mechanical and electrical engineering teams. In this role, you’ll drive the recruitment strategy, refine processes, and ensure delivery of exceptional hiring results for critical engineering functions. Collaborating with technical leaders and stakeholders, you will set the vision for talent acquisition in the vehicle and electrical hardware engineering space. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence, diversity, and innovation within the recruiting team while ensuring alignment with Rivian's mission to drive the future of sustainable transportation. This is an opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping the teams responsible for our groundbreaking technologies and products.
Salary Range Irvine-Based Applicants: $137,000-$173,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, and other factors permitted by law).
